Family Date Night    Tonight was a great night for us all. We decided that, in spite of Tenn's prodromal labor, we would go out for dinner and a movie as a family. So we headed off to Panera Bread Co. for vegan soup in a bread bowl, yummy salads, and cheese and veggie sandwiches. These were all a hit. The dinner conversation was good and the meal was a treat. Then it was off to the movies.

On a recommendation we went to see Finding Nemo. It was a bit scary for our 2 and 4 year old but overall, they liked it. Our son was especially upset when Nemo got caught in a fish tank filter (not the shark chase, not the imminent death by eating scenes, but a mildly funny "I'm Stuck" scene - go figure). The tension was always relieved quickly and the story was charming (a "little mermaid" or "Aladdin" it was not).

Then it was back home for a late bedtime. But we still managed to read a chapter in Prince Caspian the third installment of the Narnia series we are reading to the kids.

well, it's really late and I need to sleep (in number 2 childs bed as Tenns prodromal labor demands full rest for her).

Your thoughts and especially prayers are appreciated in this time.
