Gingerbread Man -Alternate Ending

We did some followup activities after Rhiannon read the story of the gingerbread man to me. One of them was the draw and write an alternate ending to the story. Here is Rhiannon's alternate ending. Instead of meeting the fox, here is her ending:

"The gingerbread man ran and ran so fast that no one could catch him. He found a wood with thorns in he could not pass. Then he found a clearing just his size. He saw a bear and ran as fast as he could. Then a hunter saw him taking a snooze and ate him up. That was the end of the gingerbread man."

She drew a picture to illustrate it as well.
