Lazy weekends... This weekend has been mellow around here. We have taken family naps, long drives, shared some good meals and played together - both indoors and outdoors. Serona had a boys night (several friends came over for an evening at the firepit) among the topics discussed was homeschooling a nice change for him to find guys willing to talk about it. The kids and I watched Spirit - I don't really recommend it for young children.

We are all laying low here trying to get some much needed rest to fend off this cold. And of course we are rooting for the Twins (even though I am a native New Yorker and the child and sibling of die-hard Yankee fans).
